David is a Masterplanner with a Master of Arts in Urban Design. He is also a chartered Town Planner with a Post Graduate Diploma in Town Planning and a degree in Architecture. David has over 20 years experience working as an Urban Designer and Masterplanner. He has expertise in masterplanning, town planning and urban design and has been involved in a wide range of development proposals and a broad spectrum of clients and appeared as an expert witness at a number of public inquiries.

Prior to setting up pad in 2007 David was employed as a Design Director with Barton Willmore Design Ltd for 4 years and as a Senior Planning/ Design Manager for Crest Nicholson Developments for 7 years.
