Jana joined pad Design in October 2023 as their first ever practice manager, coming to this varied role with 16 years of experience in corporate business operations. Her new role now pools all those things in the background that make a creative hive hum along smoothly, thus allowing the team to focus on expanding their strong client relationships.

 

Jana’s previous job involved looking at many spreadsheets for many projects, usually simultaneously, and her attention to detail will support the pad team efficiently.

 

Jana is a qualified teacher of modern foreign languages (German and French) but most definitely prefers back office operations to the limelight of the teenage classroom stage. Before she moved to the UK almost 19 years ago she had lived and worked in Paris for a couple of years, where she enjoyed a multi-lingual role with a small and diverse university-based research group.
