St Edeyrn’s Village will deliver a new sustainable neighbourhood of around 1200 new homes. Making efficient use of land, the development will provide a mix of dwellings set around a sequence of spaces with an attractive local centre providing a recognisable heart and community facilities, including a new primary school.

 

The village will deliver a major new public space for Cardiff in the form of a riverside park, providing an extension and improvement of the Rhymney River Trail, encouraging access and enjoyment of the river corridor and accommodating a range of leisure uses.
